How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email our support team at support@bitv.co.in with your
order number and the email address used for purchase.

Refund Rules
We grant refunds to all students who initiate a refund request within 7 days of purchase.
However, we may deny the request if:
- A significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded.
- Multiple refunds have been requested by the same student for the same course.
- The request is made after the 7-day guarantee period.
- Users who are banned for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment (bank account, credit card, etc.) within 5-10 business days,
depending on your bank's processing times.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card
company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this
and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
